Ceyda Aydın has more than 13 years’ experience advising on Turkish law aspects of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
She acts for Turkish and international banks, financial institutions, non-bank lenders (including alternative investment funds) and corporate borrowers on a range of lending and financing transactions, including unsecured interbank lending, corporate and working capital facilities, project finance, acquisition and commercial real estate finance, syndicated and bilateral lending, as well as ECA-backed, structured and Islamic finance, and debt capital markets transactions.
Prior to establishing Yalçın Aydın Attorneys at Law in 2026, Ceyda spent 13 years in the Banking & Finance practice of Dentons’ Istanbul office, most recently as Counsel.
Ceyda has been recognised by The Legal 500 EMEA across multiple editions, including as a Next Generation Partner in Banking & Finance and Capital Markets (2026), and previously as a Leading Associate in the same practice areas.
She has co-authored the Türkiye chapter of The Legal 500 Lending & Secured Finance Comparative Guide for each edition between 2021 and 2025.
